HAPPY WEEKEND LADIES!

This week flew by!

With Spring just around the corner, I’m thinking about shorts and cute dresses which means I better eat right so I can look good!

This is a super easy recipe that is really healthy and delicious. It seriously is so darn easy!

YOU WILL NEED:

Chicken breasts – 1 per person
1 package of hummus (I like the cilantro jalapeno flavor. You can get it at Trader Joe’s)
1 tub of either tzatziki or yogurt dip or you can use plain yoghurt
Feta cheese
Salt and pepper

TO MAKE:

Preheat oven 450

Pound chicken breasts so they are relatively the same width all around
Place on cookie sheet. I spray the sheet with Pam just to make sure the chicken won’t stick.

Salt and pepper chicken. Spread hummus over chicken. Then sprinkle feta.

Bake for 30-40 minutes till done.

Put on plates and add a dollop of the yogurt. Serve.
