I bet the name of this one caught your eye! Haha. My friend dated a real creep and he stomped on her heart BUT she did get this great recipe out of it.  It’s low calorie, refreshing, super easy and fast to make and goes great with fish, chicken – anything!

YOU WILL NEED: 

1 large ripe but firm mango, peeled and cubed

2 avocados, ripe but still firm, peeled and cubed

1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes, halved

1 lemon

1 lime

mint

 

TO MAKE:

Put all ingredients in a bowl. You want equal amounts of the mango, avocado and tomatoes. Add as much lemon and lime juice as you want and taste. Salt accordingly. Add fresh mint if you like.
