Want a super easy, delicious dessert recipe? Well hear ya go! Key Lime Pie is an all-time favorite. It’s sweet and tart – my favorite combo. I use shortcuts which makes this soooo easy and fast. if you buy the key lime juice and the crust, you can keep these as pantry staples and have key lime pie anytime, all year round! My guests are always impressed and love this dessert.

YOU WILL NEED:

1 graham cracker crust

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup Key Lime juice (I buy Nellie & Joe’s Key West Lime Juice online)

3 egg yolks

zest of 1 lime (does not have to be key lime. Any lime will do!)

 

TO MAKE:

Oven at 350

Mix all ingredients in a mixer. Pour into crust, set on a baking sheet.

Bake for 10-15 minutes until set.

Cool. Put in fridge. You can make up to 2 days ahead.

Serve with fresh whipped cream.
