I hope you had a wonderful weekend!

I know you are all getting ready for Thanksgiving, so I thought I would share some recipes that work for me.

This cranberry sauce is amazing! It is so easy and fresh and delicious. The Thanksgiving meal can be very heavy and rich, and this tangy, fresh cranberry sauce really cleans the palate and puts some pep back into your step so you can go back for seconds!

P.S. If you like the canned cranberry sauce, well, I can;t help you there. God knows what is in it!

1 bag cranberries

3 tangerines or clementines (you could use oranges in a pinch)

1 Tbsp. sugar

In a food processor, combine all ingredients and puree. Yes, you put in the tangerines with rind. (If you use oranges, peel and only add oranges and a bit of orange zest). You can add more sugar if you want but it’s nice to have it tangy and refreshing.

It takes maybe 3 minutes. How’s that for easy??!!

What’s nice, is that you can zing this up to with added spices. throw a little ginger or ground clove in. Or some brandy – yum!

Pink Appetit!
