Hello all you Princesses out there!

Did you have a late night? Maybe had a little too much to drink? I hear you! 

This is a quick and east recipe for a delightful cookie that satisfies any hangover AND can be done no matter what state you’re in. No baking required. Just a quick minute on the stove and VOILA!

These are also great when you need a quick item for a school bake sale or quick dessert!

YOU WILL NEED:

1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp whole milk

2 cups sugar

1 stick butter room temp.

1 tbsp Bourbon (optional but I highly recommend)

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

3 cups old fashioned rolled oats

1 cup peanut butter

1 tbsp vanilla

1/4 tsp salt

1/3 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

1/4 cup bittersweet chocolate chips

TO MAKE:

In medium saucepan, combine milk, sugar, butter, bourbon and cocoa powder. Put on medium high on stovetop and bring to a boil, stirring often. Let boil for 1 minute while stirring constantly. Take off heat and set aside.

In medium bowl, combine oats, peanut butter and vanilla. Pour in melted chocolate mixture and stir just until combined. Add in salt, nuts and choc chips. Drop by tablespoon size balls onto baking sheets covered in silicone sheet or wax or parchment paper. 

Set aside and let cool for at least 30 minutes until hardened. Store in airtight container in fridge.
