1 pound ground turkey

1 1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried oregano

1/4 tsp paprika

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped fine

1 egg, beaten

1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/3 cup shredded sweetened coconut

Oven 375

In large bowl, add meat and then all other ingredients. With hands, mix well. Scoop balls using small ice cream scooper, filling the scoop so it’s heaping. Roll in your hands to form ball. Make sure they are even size so they cook evenly.

Put on baking sheet sprayed with Pam. Brush with olive oil.

Bake 25-30 minutes. Cut one open to see if they are done.

Serve in pasta sauce over spaghetti, serve on a bed of quinoa or rice, or however you want!
