When I walk Winnie in the morning, I wear my iPod and jam a bit. I might shake my hips a little, say some of the song out loud, and then look around to make sure no one is watching and thinks I’m crazy. But then I get back home….and….

I JAM for a bit. Just by myself. Whenever I feel like it. So Google your favorite song while sitting at your desk, or wherever and Shake your Moneymaker for a bit.

Damn does it feel good!
